Laxman Neupane from Nepal has been working in renewal energy focusing on promoting women's livelihood through biogas technology, in Nepal. NBPA (Nepal Biogas Promotion Association) where he is working as project coordinator for Enhancement of Income Generation and Livelihood Opportunities by Promoting Biogas Technology for Dalit Women of Nepal. This project has been successfully implementing with SARI/ Energy small grant in partnership with NBPA. Before, managing SARI/Energy funded project, he worked as development Management Expert for the NBPA. The SARI/Energy small project is officially end by the January 2011.
